Creative Capes for the Super-Stylish!

Our bridal team are fresh back from Paris Bridal 2018 and, as always, the exciting international festival was the perfect place to do some serious trendspotting! One item of bridal wear that has really taken the world by storm recently is the cape; from short and stylish beaded capes to ethereal, flowing chiffon creations, we are head over heels for this particular trend.

Creating a unique cape will be easy for talented designers and here we offer some ideas of the best fabrics to use from our collection.

For beaded capes:

Lanisha-Ivory Beaded LaceLanisha Beaded Ivory Lace

Truly stunning, this is a highly-embellished fabric based on a rich ivory tulle. The design features layered flowers throughout, each of which centres on a glittering diamante.

Surrounding these beautiful blooms is a wide and diverse selection of embellishments, from sequins and beads to extra diamantes and an astonishing array of pearls. Further texture and excitement is added with embroidery and silver filigree wire.
