Flock Tulle - Fiesta
Fiesta is a most attractive flocked tulle and measures 150 cm (59") wide that is made in Italy and which is available in a small range of colours.
The spots measure 3mm across and are spaced about 15mm apart.
Great for use in dance or ballet wear, fashion or for bridesmaids
